If you're already flowing through your workday on the Plane®, Level®, or Original, the Accessory System 2 makes it even simpler to add FluidStance® accessories to your workstation. This Accessory System includes a Holster and an Lo-Pro Base Mat in the color of your choice. The Holster's subtle frame keeps your deck stored between uses, while the flexible vinyl Lo-Pro Base Mat protects your flooring and provides an even smoother ride on your deck.

If your FluidStance® product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defective part at no additional cost to you based on the following timelines:
The Original® and Level® have lifetime guarantees against manufacturing defects.
The Plane® and all FluidStance accessories have a limited one-year guarantee against manufacturing defects with proof of purchase.
If your Plane®, Level®, or Original requires repair due to normal wear and tear, we will do the repairs—including wood resurfacing, base painting, or bumper replacement—at a minimal cost to you (estimated on a case by base basis). We also welcome all exchanges of products in like-new condition for 30 days past the purchase date.
We understand that you need to step on a deck to get a sense of how it feels and flows. If you decide that the product simply isn’t for you, we ask that you return it to us in the original packaging in like-new condition. Once your return arrives, we will issue you a refund of the cost of your items and any sales tax. If the product shows signs of wear and tear, we will deduct $40 from the refund to recondition it.
Because we are unable to recondition FluidStance accessories, we unfortunately cannot accept returned accessories—including mats and racks—that display wear and tear. Accessories in like-new condition can be returned or exchanged.
FluidStance reserves the right to determine what constitutes a manufacturing defect or wear and tear, but we believe in building a culture of mutual trust and respect—we’ve got your back.

We offer standard shipping via FedEx Ground on all domestic orders. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via USPS. We also offer FedEx 2-Day Shipping and FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping for domestic orders.
International shipping, available via FedEx or USPS for most countries, can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. We are unfortunately not able to guarantee arrival dates or provide expedited shipping for international orders. Please note that the international shipping fee does not cover any customs or import duties; your package may be held at your local post office for payment of charges.
