We build our products to last, that’s why we guarantee them for life. Should you ever have any manufacturing defects, email us at flow@fluidstance.com and we will repair or replace for free. It’s that simple.

Shipping & Returns

• Ships within 2 or 3 business days. 


• You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to test it out and make sure it’s right for you. During this period, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or a return free of charge.


• Shipping charges are determined during checkout. You can choose between Fed Ex 2-day, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS Ground. We offer our discounted rates to you. 


• All sales outside of the USA are final. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect we will replace or refund at no additional cost to you.  


• VAT & Duties - International orders will ship next business day unless otherwise noted, with the option to ship via FedEx or USPS for most countries. We are unfortunately not able to guarantee arrival dates or provide expedited shipping for international orders. Please note that the international shipping fee does not cover any customs or import duties; your package may be held at your local post office for payment of charges.

Inspired by a dashboard of a car, FluidStance’s Dashboard lets you lay down your biggest ideas while you help protect our forests. Worthy of the modern office, the Dashboard was designed to fit perfectly in the space between your keyboard and monitor and boasts 204 square inches of writtable, magnetic surface. It offers a gentle angle for writing and a premium dry-erase surface. The Dashboard's raised surface means you can slide your keyboard under it for storage, freeing up extra space on your desk. Plus the Dashbaord and the Raise seamlessly integrate with each other to create a more productive and de-cluttered workspace.

Dashboard features a channel to hold your dry-erase marker and other tools, with a dedicated space for your charging cable. Made of 100% heavy-duty steel (majority recycled content), The Dashboard is powder-coated with a low-emissions method near our warehouse in Santa Barbara, California for the perfect dry-erase surface on your desk.

• How do I clean my FluidStance whiteboard?

There are a few ways to clean your FluidStance whiteboard products. You can use a soft damp cloth with very light/mild soap, then wipe dry with a soft towel. We also offer Shine, our all-purpose cleaner, to clean your whiteboard. Non-toxic, biodegradable, and fume-free, Shine is made from 99% natural, plant-derived ingredients and is safe to use in any work or home environment.

• Are the Whiteboard Markers with the FluidStance whiteboard?

Yes, Four premium multi-color whiteboard markers are included.

• Is there any assembly required?

There is no assembly required. It is ready to use out of the box.
