Corporate Wellness · FluidStance Fleets
A workforce in motion, works.
Movement is the cheapest performance upgrade you can hand a team. Working on a FluidStance deck burns 19.2% more calories than sitting and lifts heart rate 15%, and 83% of people on one say they feel better at work. No sweat, no schedule, no app to open. Just a body in motion for the hours it's already at the desk.

The standing desk problem
You bought the desks.
Nobody raised them.
The majority of employees with a height-adjustable desk never use it at standing height for any meaningful period of the day. The desk goes up once during onboarding and stays down for the next three years. It isn't a discipline problem. Standing still is genuinely uncomfortable, and there's no reason to stay up there.
Put a board under their feet and the math changes. Subtle, constant motion makes standing the more comfortable option, and employees on a FluidStance deck spend over 30% more time at standing height, averaging 3+ hours a day.
"The desk gives them the option. The board gives them the reason."

The research
Movement you can measure, not a wellness poster.
FluidStance decks have been studied independently, including by researchers at the Mayo Clinic, to quantify what low-grade, continuous motion does to a working body. The results are small numbers that compound across a workday, a team, and a year.
15%
higher average heart rate than sitting. An aerobic nudge, not a workout.
19.2%
more calories burned versus seated work, hour for hour.
3+ hrs
average daily time at standing height once a deck is in play.
0
measurable cost to focus, typing accuracy or call quality.
Figures from FluidStance's white paper research and independent lab study of the Level deck versus seated and static standing work. Usage figures reflect self-reported deployment data from corporate accounts.
-
Step 01
Take five decks off the rack on your way in.
-
Step 02
Everyone stands. Laptops stay shut unless they're needed.
-
Step 03
Decide, then rack the decks. Meetings end early.
A culture of movement
Hold a Board Meeting. Literally.
Pull five decks off the rack, roll them into the conference room, and run the meeting standing on them. Something changes: people talk faster, decisions land sooner, and nobody sinks into their laptop. Teams who do this once stop scheduling the sit-down version.
-
Meetings that stay dynamic
Standing, moving bodies keep energy up and meetings short. The deck is the built-in timer.
-
A reason to come back to the office
Nobody commutes for a desk they already own. They come back for the room, the ritual and the gear they don't have at home.
-
A wellness benefit people actually touch
Unlike an app nobody opens, a rack of boards in the middle of the floor is visible proof that the company means it.
-
Movement becomes contagious
One person on a deck in an open floor plan is the best internal campaign you'll ever run.
Equipment, not decor
An office designed to move feels different to walk into.
Decks out where the team already gathers, and a rack that keeps them there between sessions. Die-cast aluminum, real wood top decks, built in the USA. It reads as gear worth using, and it quietly invites the next person to step on.
Build your Fleet
Why a Fleet, not a headcount order
Shared gear, zero admin. The rack does the managing.
You don't need a board for every badge. You need boards where people work. Five decks and a Hi-5 rack cover a floor, a pod, a conference room or a hot-desking zone, and the system polices itself.
-
01
In use, or in the rack. When a deck isn't under someone's feet, it's upright in the Hi-5, visible, clean and ready for the next person. No sign-out sheet, no IT ticket.
-
02
Read the rack. Half-full at 2pm is a healthy floor. If the rack is always empty, demand has outgrown supply. Add boards per rack, or add a rack.
-
03
Scale by floor, not by desk. Start with one Fleet per team zone, watch the rack for two weeks, then repeat what works. Most accounts roll out floor by floor.
Decks return between sessions. Supply is matched to the floor.
Demand has outgrown supply. Add decks per rack, or add a rack.
The rack is your usage dashboard. One glance tells you whether the floor is covered. No software, no survey.
Rollout questions
What facilities teams ask us first.
How many boards do we need per floor?
One Fleet of five decks comfortably serves up to 15 people, so start with a Fleet per team zone or shared standing area. Then read the rack: consistently empty means you're under-supplied, consistently full means you can move a Fleet to a busier floor.
Do shared boards actually get used, or do they gather dust?
Placement is everything. Racks in circulation space, near the kitchen, the standing desks or the conference room, get used daily. Racks in a storeroom don't. Employees with access to a deck spend 30%+ more time at standing height, averaging 3+ hours a day.
Is there a hygiene or maintenance burden?
None beyond a wipe-down. Decks are hard-surface aluminum and wood or composite, they carry a lifetime guarantee, and there are no motors, batteries, apps or firmware to manage.
Can we buy against a PO with multi-site shipping?
Yes. Larger deployments ship to multiple offices on one order with consolidated invoicing. Tell us headcount, floors and locations below and we'll come back with a rollout plan and volume pricing.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk discounts are available on orders of five Fleets or more, which covers 25 decks and 5 racks, enough for a mid-size floor or several team zones. Send us your headcount and locations and we'll return volume pricing with the rollout plan.
Which deck should a first deployment use?
The Level® is the easiest introduction, with a gentle range of motion anyone can step onto in dress shoes. The Original suits teams already comfortable with movement and premium client-facing spaces.
