• You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to test it out and make sure it’s right for you. During this period, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or a return free of charge.


• Shipping charges are determined during checkout. You can choose between Fed Ex 2-day, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS Ground. We offer our discounted rates to you. 


• All sales outside of the USA are final. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect we will replace or refund at no additional cost to you.  


• VAT & Duties - International orders will ship next business day unless otherwise noted, with the option to ship via FedEx or USPS for most countries. We are unfortunately not able to guarantee arrival dates or provide expedited shipping for international orders. Please note that the international shipping fee does not cover any customs or import duties; your package may be held at your local post office for payment of charges.

Can this work on all dry erase surfaces?
Whiteboard Windows work on steel dry erase surfaces that are conducive to magnets.

What markers can I use with these?
Use only dry-erase markers with the Windows. Ink from permanent markers and pens will not be removable/erasable.

How do I care for my Whiteboard Windows?
Your Whiteboard Windows are made of sturdy material but like any product, should be cared for properly. For best results, wait until the ink is dry before erasing or the ink will smear. The Windows clean easily with the eraser caps on your dry-erase markers, or with a soft cloth. We also suggest occasionally cleaning your whiteboard Window with water and a damp cloth, or with a mild, natural cleaning spray like our Shine Natural Desk Cleaner. Take care not to use abrasive cloths or cleaners or the surface of your Whiteboard Windows may scratch.
