We'll email you a prepaid return label to print. The return shipping cost is deducted from your refund, and we cover the rest.

Pack it up & send it back
Repack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging. Attach the label and drop it off.

Exchange or refund
Once your return arrives, we'll process your exchange or refund (less return shipping). Refunds can take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
