Full transparency, I am the creator of the Bloc as the founder of FluidStance. I always like to be one of the first to review our own products. As my kids will tell you, I tend to be the hardest on the things closest to me. I will be honest what I like, what I wish I would have done differently etc... The Bloc is one of my biggest surprises for how much I dig this product. Like our Slope, this one snook up on me as one of the things I can't live without on my desk. I use the Bloc in a vertical orientation, perpendicular to my screen, off to the left. This setup has optimized the dead space on my desk and gave everything its place. As a bit of an artist, my desk can be chaos and I am stoked to have a place for my essentials like my keys, favorite pen and wallet. What I like: - I like the natural feel and look of the cork. It is naturally sustainable and slip resistant - I especially like the big tray as a catch all for my wallet, keys etc- I like there is a spot for my FluidStance timer- I like there are two sizes for pens- I like there is a slot to prop up my phone and tablet- I like the bigger size than what most organizers provideWhat I would do differently:- I would have added a third size pen holder- I would like to add a card system into the design for my daily to-dos, etc- I would add another miscellaneous tray for the "random things."
