You should be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a holiday return or exchange policy for unused products UNTIL JANUARY 15th, 2025. Start by filling out this form, providing the order-associated email and order number. We'll email you a prepaid return label to print. Remember, the return shipping cost will be taken from your refund. Please repack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging. Attach the provided label and send it back. On receiving your return, we'll process an exchange or refund (less return shipping costs). Refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
