We build our products to last, that’s why we guarantee them for life. Should you ever have any manufacturing defects, email us at flow@fluidstance.com and we will repair or replace for free. It’s that simple.

• Ships within 2 or 3 business days. 


• You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to test it out and make sure it’s right for you. During this period, we are happy to facilitate an exchange or a return free of charge.


• Shipping charges are determined during checkout. You can choose between Fed Ex 2-day, Fed Ex Ground, or USPS Ground. We offer our discounted rates to you. 


• All sales outside of the USA are final. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect we will replace or refund at no additional cost to you.  


• VAT & Duties - International orders will ship next business day unless otherwise noted, with the option to ship via FedEx or USPS for most countries. We are unfortunately not able to guarantee arrival dates or provide expedited shipping for international orders. Please note that the international shipping fee does not cover any customs or import duties; your package may be held at your local post office for payment of charges.

V-Tray is a universal shelf for the Ebb&Flow that can be oriented toward you or backwards to hold your glasses, pens, binder clips etc.

Two-thirds of the V-Tray is covered in recycled felt for protection and the final third is powder coated raw steel for magnetic or standard use.

The V-Tray is 8" wide and 3" in depth. The tray sits 1/2" off the monitor stand to accommodate your monitor's base, maximizing your horizontal spaces.

Can the V-Tray be oriented in either direct?

Yes it can be attached on either the front or rear track of the base and face either direction for maximum versatility.
