Relief
With leg braces and bad balance, feet tend not to get enough filled and oxygen. Movement on the board extends the stand time with much better circulation.

High quality, light, easy to put away.
Also, quite attractive, much smaller footprint than the large black mats. Really reduces leg & foot strain

Lightweight and Beautiful
It’s modern enough that it can easily match with both modern and classic interiors. While standing on it and shifting my weight right to left, I can feel the subtle movement of the board re-allocating my weight transfer under my heels. I tend to spend a lot of time on my feet all day and minimizing muscle fatigue is crucial to keeping me sane. I look forward to trying the springboard more once I start working remote next week. It’s pretty large, but its flat frame is thin enough that it can easily be tucked out of the way behind a couch, in a closet, or under a desk in most scenarios when I'm not using it.

Makes such a difference on my knees.
I typically stand majority of the day at my standing desk and this really makes a difference on my knees. It’s crazy to think that a product like this could have such an impact on the body. My favorite thing about this mat is that it’s lightweight and well designed. The foam at the bottom with the anti-slip grip is a nice touch. Not only that, everything is made from recycled or sustainable materials which is always a big plus for me!
This tool is so valuable for using a standing desk!
It feels really well constructed. Like on first glance it feels like it wouldn't hold my weight but does so quite well. I can see that it will help with fatigue because of the side to side flex. I like that it doesn't slide on the ground, the foam keeps it in place, it doesn't squeak or otherwise feel like it would annoy me. It definitely has an upgraded look compared any other anti-fatigue mat on the market.
