FluidStance® & COVID-19: A Shipping and Customer Service Update for You
Like so many of you, our FluidStance Family is made up of working parents, community members, and people just trying to navigate a new normal. Here’s what we’re doing to reduce the coronavirus spread, while working hard to continue to support our customers, vendors, and employees. Please take a moment to read.
Customer Shipping Information
With the spread of COVID-19, online shopping continues to rise dramatically. As of now, we consider our fulfillment team to be business critical, and they continue to work hard to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible. However, for our employees’ safety we’re taking extra precautions. This includes limiting the number of people in our warehouse at any given time, going down to distinct shifts staffed by a skeleton crew working in separated areas. Additionally, we have stepped up cleaning and sanitation in our fulfillment center. As a result, our shipping promises will show longer than you normally expect and our shipments may be delivering between 7-10 business days. We will continue to try hard to deliver exceptional service, even in the toughest times.
If you are curious as to other steps we are taking at FluidStance, here are a few of the ways we are making safety a priority:
All non-fullfilment staff is working from home.
No external guests at our office or warehouse.
All non-essential business travel has been deferred.
Increased sanitation schedule and cleaning of high-touch surfaces.
These changes help us adequately follow social-distancing protocol and allow us to do what we can to protect our employees, our immediate community, and the city and surrounding regions. Stay safe out there.
