Healthy On-the-Go Meals

To address the busy, on-the-go lives many of us have these days and the "un-wellness" trap we can fall into when it comes to eating, we recently partnered with Emma Malina, creator of the Basking in Goodness blog and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach based in Santa Barbara, CA. Emma created five simple recipes for healthy meals that will keep you from skipping breakfast, eating calorie-laden lunches out, or visiting that darn office vending machine when you get the afternoon munchies.
