FluidStance® is Mayo Clinic Tested
FluidStance underwent rigorous testing by Dr. James Levine of the Mayo Clinic to qualify for NEAT™ certification. NEAT™ stands for Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. This refers to small movements we make daily that burn calories and increase heart rate. FluidStance balance boards passed the NEAT™ testing thresholds and are proven to increase both heart rate and energy expenditure (or caloric burn) through simple micro movements. Dr. Levine found that on a FluidStance deck, energy expenditure increased by 19.2% vs. sitting. By using a FluidStance deck, you’re actively burning calories simply by moving more during the day.
